Technology in practice

The occurrence of loads in the friction zone is a natural phenomenon during the operation of mechanisms. Increased loads are the cause of the release of thermal energy, which destroys the structure of parts. Wear of components is observed.

If at this moment ALSION - an innovative material with building-compensating properties - enters the friction zone locally - the excess energy moves from the surface of the part into its structure. In the friction zone, favorable conditions are created for the absorbed energy to be directed to create a new coating. It is transformed from a destructive force into a creative one.

ALSION technology has restorative and protective functions. It effectively creates a metal-ceramic layer on parts damaged by friction. The original geometry of the mechanisms is restored, and gaps are compensated to values that are optimal for further productive operation of the parts.
