Highly effective additive for mechanical transmissions and gearboxes based on the "ALSION" technology. ALSION technology belongs to patented nanotechnology, namely to the renewable energy-saving technology used for processing friction units of mechanisms and units operating in an oil environment to protect against wear, restore friction units of mechanisms and units, extend the service life of mechanisms and units, reduce energy consumption (fuel, electrical energy, thermal energy), increase efficiency, extend the service life of lubricants, reduce harmful emissions into the environment, reduce temperature load (reduce overheating).
PROPERTIES:

- Restoration to nominal performance of mechanisms and units with wear up to 90%.

- Fuel savings of up to 8%: Using ALSION reduces energy consumption. This leads to significant fuel savings and lower operating costs.

- Increase in the service life of lubricants up to 2 times.

- Increase in service life (inter-repair interval) of mechanisms and units up to 4 times: ALSION restores and protects mechanisms and units from wear and corrosion. This allows to significantly increase the service life of transmission units and gearboxes.

- Reduction of overheating by up to 60%. Possibility of operating equipment in oil starvation mode (emergency oil leak) and/or overheating (damage to cooling systems) for up to 3 moto hours, without damage to mechanisms and units.

- Improvement of environmental performance: ALSION helps reduce emissions of harmful substances into the atmosphere and reduce pollution (CO2 - 5%, CO - 15%, CH - 8%).
