Lower losses in the fuel system
With ALSION, we reduce fuel consumption by up to 5% by lowering losses in fuel equipment. Assess results using actual refuelling records or controlled measurements, allowing for route and load.

We created ALSION for Gasoline Engine Fuel Equipment to restore its friction pairs and protect precision mechanisms against wear and corrosion. Our technology works on fuel-system surfaces to reduce energy losses and maintain stable equipment operation. One application through the fuel tank provides the tribological treatment.
Fuel carries the formulation to the relevant mechanisms. ALSION restores worn surfaces, protects them during continued operation and reduces mechanism noise, vibration and overheating. We help lower operating costs through fuel savings up to 5% and increases in treated-mechanism service life and overhaul intervals up to four times.
One 10 g syringe tube provides a single-stage course, followed by refuelling with 40–50 litres of petrol. On a vehicle running on LPG, apply it specifically to the petrol tank. To treat the engine as well, we can recommend our separate oil-applied ALSION product. Each of our formulations works in its intended system according to its own application instructions.
Fuel carries the product to friction pairs within the fuel equipment. ALSION technology targets restoration of working surfaces and formation of a protective contact layer. Quality fuel and timely filter replacement remain part of routine maintenance.
With ALSION, we reduce fuel consumption by up to 5% by lowering losses in fuel equipment. Assess results using actual refuelling records or controlled measurements, allowing for route and load.
We restore mechanisms and assemblies with wear up to 90% to nominal parameters. ALSION acts on friction-pair surfaces. We assess assembly condition before treatment; cracks, broken components and leaks require repair.
Protection against wear, corrosion and oxidation helps preserve working surfaces. We extend treated-mechanism service life and overhaul intervals up to four times.
We reduce noise, vibration and overheating in fuel-equipment mechanisms. Diagnose system faults, leaks or incorrect pressure before treatment.
We recommend completing the full course as instructed. Results depend on assembly condition, wear and operating conditions. Saving percentages from different products cannot be added together.

For a combined treatment, do not add percentages from different products.Add the tube contents to the fuel tank containing a minimal amount of petrol.
Refuel with 40–50 L of petrol and operate the vehicle normally.
Treatment progresses during normal fuel-equipment operation. This course does not require adding another tube at each refuelling.
Treatment is considered complete after 100–150 hours of fuel-system operation. These are operating hours, not 100–150 kilometres.
Apply this product through the fuel tank as instructed. Engine oil treatment requires a separate ALSION product.
Record baseline values before starting, observe operation during the course and compare after the specified 100–150 operating hours.
No. Each product targets a specific mechanism, while vehicle consumption depends on the whole system. For combined treatment, we recommend measuring the total consumption change under comparable conditions.
Single-stage treatment: add the tube contents to a fuel tank containing minimal fuel, then fill with 40–50 litres of the matching fuel. Operate normally. Treatment completes after 100–150 hours of fuel system operation.
