Less energy lost to friction
We reduce mechanical transmission losses and fuel consumption by up to 8%. For combined treatment, assess total vehicle consumption under comparable conditions; percentages for separate products cannot be added together.

We created ALSION for Mechanical Transmissions to restore and protect gear and bearing surfaces, reduce friction and transmit energy with lower losses. Our product works in manual gearboxes, transfer cases, final drives and compatible reduction gears. Treatment reduces assembly noise and extends service life.
Transmission oil carries ALSION to loaded friction pairs. Our technology forms a protective surface layer that compensates for wear and improves contact conditions. Application delivers fuel savings up to 8%, increases service life and overhaul intervals up to four times, reduces overheating up to 60% and significantly lowers noise and vibration.
We size the single-stage course separately for each assembly according to its oil capacity. For an EV reduction gear, we check its design and operating fluid. This product is not applied to conventional automatic/ATF transmissions or mechanisms with friction clutch packs. Tell us the assembly type and we can help check compatibility and calculate the required quantity.
Transmission oil carries ALSION to friction pairs. Treatment targets compensation of surface wear and creation of a protective layer in loaded contacts. Oil type and specification must meet the assembly manufacturer’s requirements.
We reduce mechanical transmission losses and fuel consumption by up to 8%. For combined treatment, assess total vehicle consumption under comparable conditions; percentages for separate products cannot be added together.
We restore mechanisms and assemblies with wear up to 90% to nominal parameters. ALSION acts on friction-pair surfaces. We assess assembly condition before treatment; cracks, broken components and leaks require repair.
We significantly reduce mechanical-transmission noise and vibration. Record initial noise and the load, speed and gear at which it appears to enable a useful comparison after treatment.
We increase treated-mechanism service life up to four times and reduce overheating up to 60%. Oil level, seals and scheduled lubricant changes still require attention.
We recommend completing the full course as instructed. Results depend on assembly condition, wear and operating conditions. Saving percentages from different products cannot be added together.
up to 8% · Fuel savingsWe reduce energy losses in mechanical transmissions. Fuel savings apply to combustion-engine vehicles.
up to ×4 · Service life / overhaul intervalWe restore and protect mechanisms to extend their service life.
up to 60% · Reduction in overheatingWe reduce overheating in treated mechanisms.

For a combined treatment, do not add percentages from different products.Confirm a manual gearbox or compatible reduction gear. Check oil capacity and product quantity for each assembly separately.
Introduce the tube contents through the appropriate gearbox, transfer-case or reduction-gear oil filler.
Treatment takes place during normal operation. Check for leaks and maintain the correct oil level.
Treatment completes after 1,500 km. For stationary equipment or a different operating pattern, contact us to confirm the course.
We used this product in these vehicles. In the diesel cases, we treated several systems together; the results describe the complete treatment.
Images illustrate the models. We recorded these results in our reports for the specific vehicles and test conditions. This product is not intended for conventional automatic/ATF transmissions or mechanisms with friction clutch packs. A CVT/DCT label alone does not establish compatibility; the exact assembly must be checked.
It can be considered for a compatible reduction gear after checking design and lubricant. The Nissan Leaf case records one vehicle’s result and cannot automatically be generalised to all EVs.
No. Each product targets a specific mechanism, while vehicle consumption depends on the whole system. For combined treatment, we recommend measuring the total consumption change under comparable conditions.
Single-stage treatment: add the tube contents through the manual gearbox, transfer case or compatible reducer filler opening. Treatment completes after 1,500 km. Do not use in conventional automatic transmissions/ATF or friction clutch packs.
