We created ALSION for Hydraulic Systems to restore friction pairs, protect them against wear and corrosion and extend mechanism life. In hydraulic power steering and compatible industrial hydraulics, our product reduces internal losses and helps restore smooth, stable operation.
The working fluid carries the formulation to loaded surfaces. Our tribological technology restores those surfaces and forms a protective layer for continued service. ALSION increases treated-mechanism service life and overhaul intervals up to four times, reduces overheating up to 60% and significantly lowers noise and vibration. It protects an assembly that operates under pressure every day.
We offer a single-stage course. Before treating hydraulic power steering, replace the fluid with fresh fluid of the correct specification and follow the application instructions. For other hydraulic systems, we can calculate the quantity according to system type and capacity. The product is intended for hydraulic circuits; electric steering without such a circuit does not require this application.

How ALSION technology works
The working fluid transports ALSION to friction pairs within the hydraulic mechanism. Our technology forms a protective layer on loaded working surfaces. This reduces contact losses and protects the treated assembly during continued use.

We reduce overheating in treated mechanisms by up to 60%. Correct fluid, level and a sound hydraulic circuit provide the necessary operating conditions.
Longer mechanism life
We increase service life and overhaul intervals up to four times by restoring working surfaces and protecting them against wear and corrosion. This helps keep the hydraulic system in service longer.
Effects and application conditions
We recommend completing the full course as instructed. Results depend on assembly condition, wear and operating conditions. Saving percentages from different products cannot be added together.

How to complete the treatment

Change the power-steering fluid
Before treatment, change to fresh fluid of the correct specification. Check the level and system integrity.

Apply to the warmed system
Add the tube contents to the hydraulic or power-steering reservoir at operating temperature. Allow the system to run for five minutes.
- 3
Circulate the fluid
With the engine running, turn the steering smoothly in both directions for 5–10 minutes without holding it against the end stops. Then operate normally.
For vehicle power steering, treatment is considered complete after 1,500 km. Confirm industrial hydraulic treatment and dosage according to system type and capacity.
Questions before ordering
Is it needed for electric power steering?+
If there is no hydraulic circuit or reservoir, this application is not applicable. Check the vehicle design if the steering type is unknown.
Does ALSION seal leaks?+
The formulation targets friction pairs. Leaking hoses, seals and damaged components require the fault to be repaired.
Full application instructions
Replace the power steering fluid first. Add the tube contents to the warm hydraulic or power steering reservoir. Follow the product instructions. Treatment completes after 1,500 km.
